IMPORTANT - Depending on public health recommendations, we will offer on-site conferences or web conferences and a reservation is now required. Always consult our website before going to a conference.   

This workshop is designed to help parents understand anxiety and how it manifests in children. Parents will be taught tips and tricks on how to help their children become more resilient and cope with anxiety. Topics such as compassion, self-compassion, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural therapy, and gratitude will be discussed. Questions and interaction are encouraged in this casual and safe environment.
